At The Turntable Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-fidelity audio experience. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely place the turntable or accessory in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and stylus guards to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund or ship your exchange unit within 5-7 business days.
