How do you ensure turntables aren't damaged during shipping?
We use specialized double-walled boxes and custom foam inserts for every order. High-end models have the platter and counterweight removed and packed separately within the box to prevent spindle damage.
Do your turntables come with a warranty?
Yes, all new turntables include a 2-year manufacturer warranty. Our certified refurbished units come with a 1-year 'The Turntable Store' limited warranty covering parts and labor.
What is your return policy for audio equipment?
We offer a 30-day return window for all hardware. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories. Please note that opened phono cartridges are non-returnable due to their delicate nature.
Do I need an external amplifier or preamp?
It depends on the model. Some of our turntables feature built-in preamps and can connect directly to powered speakers, while others require an external phono stage and amplifier for high-fidelity sound.
Do you offer international shipping for heavy equipment?
We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the equipment and your specific location.
Are the needles (styli) replaceable?
Yes, we stock a wide range of replacement styli and cartridges. We recommend replacing your needle every 1,000 hours of play time to maintain audio quality and protect your vinyl records.
